Public Exhibition of proposed new development at East Whitnash

There will be a public exhibition, on behalf of developer AC Lloyd, to show the proposed new development at East Whitnash/Sydenham. This will take place on Monday 16th July, at the Sydenham Community Centre, from 3.30pm - 7.30pm.

Save the date! Invite to public to attend health commissioners AGM

NHS South Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) – the local commissioners of healthcare services – are holding their Annual General Meeting (AGM) in July.

Local people are invited to attend the event which will be held between 11.45 and 1pm on Wednesday 18 July 2018.

The CCG is responsible for planning and buying healthcare services for the local population and ensuring that the quality of care is of a high standard. The CCG will present their Annual Report and outline its work and achievements in commissioning local healthcare services over the past year.

The event will be an opportunity for attendees to engage with local partners and commissioners to discuss and feedback their views on local health priorities.

Dr Richard Lambert, Assistant Clinical Chair of NHS South Warwickshire CCG, said: “I am looking forward to our AGM. We have an opportunity to celebrate the successes we have achieved over the last twelve months as well as look ahead to the next year as there is much more to do. I am looking forward to sharing details of our achievements and plans at this event.”

Charity Race Night

In support of mayor Cllr Shepherd's chosen charity for the year, Dogs for Good, he is hosting a Race Night on Saturday 23rd June at Whitnash Sports and Social Club.
Entrance is free, races are shown on DVD. Bet any from 50 pence upwards. For a chance to win bigger you can even sponsor a horse.
Come along for a fun-filled night, families are welcome too.
