East Whitnash – boundary review update

Under the forthcoming boundary review, East Whitnash (or South Sydenham) will remain in the Town of Whitnash.

There are NO plans to review this until at least after the next election in 2019, and then if they do, any changes made would not come into effect until the elections in 2023.

Any proposed development south of the Bridle Path would probably take place within the next seven years, so therefore this means that any section 106 and CIL money will come to Whitnash Town. This is excellent news as it will help to make the new community hub project more viable.
