65 66 Parish Council Feedback Letter

Proposed 65 66 service

Subject: Public Bus Service 65/66

Dear Parish Councillor,

Further to my email of 22nd August notifying you of Stagecoach’s decision to serve notice on the 65/66 bus route from Friday 17th December 2016 we have now made a decision on consulting with all affected parties.

As the timescales to serve notice on a contract within the current deregulated bus industry do not accord with Warwickshire County Council's standard Consultation timeline we are asking for your assistance in carrying out a modified version. Attached is a letter to Warwickshire Residents explaining the situation and asking for any Feedback to be sent directly to us. Also attached is a proposed timetable.

We would be most grateful if this could be displayed on any physical noticeboards within your Parish, on any websites you may operate and be mentioned at any upcoming Parish meetings you may be having.

Please note that the Consultation period is Monday 12th to Sunday 25th September 2016.

Should you have any questions regarding this please don't hesitate to contact me.

Yours Sincerely

Stuart Kocan-Payne

The new venues will cover a range of locations such as Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford, Rugby, Mancetter, Nuneaton and Bedworth providing more access points across the County.
