Please find below information about a new charity called P3, that aims to help people live in their own homes. It is a service for those aged 25 and above, so very wide ranging. The following text is from an email that was distributed to Town and Parish Councils in Warwickshire.
From August the 1st, Warwickshire charity P3 launched a new countywide floating support service for adults over 25.
This will be a new approach, ensuring that people in Warwickshire who need help to manage and maintain their accommodation receive the right support, at the right time, and in the right place.
This flexible service will provide a bespoke package of support centred around the individual, addressing the very reasons they are struggling to maintain their property, with the purpose of helping them to move forward and continue living in their own home.
We will provide support:
Directly in people’s homes
- Via our Mobile advice vehicle
- At our new “Navigator” drop-in centres (located in Nuneaton and Rugby)
- In community venues across the county
We’ll also be operating a 24hr helpline for people using our services to ensure there’s always someone trained, friendly, and ready to help at the end of the phone.
Making a referral is easy and quick through our online referral form, or by
downloading a referral form, which you can email or post to our Nuneaton office (address below).
Our mobile drop-in centre will be hitting the roads too, taking our services wherever they’re needed with a particular focus on older people. If you’d like us to visit your area, please give us a call to let us know.
Follow the link below for leaflets to provide you with an overview of what our service can offer – If you feel this service may benefit your clients, please let us know and we’ll deliver some promotional literature to your organisation.
If you have any questions, want to know more, or would like to drop-in and see us for yourself, feel free to reply to this email or call our Freephone number on 0808 164 6220.
